2. The work piece must be preheated at 500-600℃, and the oxide on the surface of the work piece shall be brushed clean before surfacing.
3. The length of each surfacing should be within 50 - 70 mm as possible.
4. After welding, the work piece should be tempered at 600-700℃ for 1 hour and then cooled slowly, or immediately put into a dry and preheated sand box or grass ash for slow cooling after welding.
